This Privacy Policy explains how INNOVAITIVE LABS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information when you visit innovaitivelabs.com (the "Site").
This Policy covers the Site only. Our Break The Cycle mobile application is governed by a separate privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. We use this to learn which content is useful, not to identify you.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (including _ga) in your browser. These cookies let us distinguish one visitor from another and recognize returning visitors. They do not contain your name, email address, or any other information that directly identifies you.
We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing tags, social media pixels, or any cross-site tracking technology on the Site.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Your IP address is used momentarily to derive an approximate location and is then discarded.
Analytics data associated with cookies and identifiers is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be retained longer.
If you choose to submit the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you enter: your first name, last name, company name, business stage, email address, and message. This information is transmitted to and stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The Site loads resources from third parties that may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those resources:
The Site also links out to Medium, LinkedIn, SSRN, and Meetup. Once you follow a link to another website, this Policy no longer applies and that site's own privacy policy governs.
You can opt out of analytics at any time:
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To make a request, use the contact form on our website.
The Site is served over HTTPS. While we take reasonable measures to protect information, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please reach out through the contact form on our website. It is the best way to get in touch with us, and we read every submission.
